Medical Lake Middle School

Location: Medical Lake, WA
This project consists of a 46,000 SF addition to the existing middle school building, along with the modernization of approximately 22,000 SF which was completed in just 40 days over the summer. Twenty-six acres of site are being reworked into performance baseball, softball, soccer and football fields. The existing bus barn & fueling stations are also being reconfigured. Challenges have included unsuitable and contaminated soils, 4,000 cy of unknown rock excavation and demolition of the existing Medical Lake Elementary School.
