Wellpinit High School and Middle School

This project is a modernization of a building shared by the school district's high school and middle school. Updates to this 57,000 SF building will include modernizing classrooms and administrative space, replacing and upgrading the mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing and repairing part of the roof and exterior of the building. There will also be an expansion of the athletic fields and partial track. The Wellpinit School District is located on the Spokane Indian Reservation northwest of Spokane and serves 570 students who live on the Reservation.
