PSNW is a Comprehensive plastic surgery group offering a diverse array of cosmetic and reconstructive services. The PSNW building was constructed in 1989 and was approximately 10,000 SF. The building is now being expanded to approximately 17,000 SF. In addition, the entire interior business area is being renovated, with the exception of the Operating rooms and patient recovery areas. The project is being carried out in phases that have been sequenced around the operations of the Plastic Surgery Northwest Team, to ensure that their day-to-day operations proceed safely and unhindered. Tasks involved in this project are demolition work, concrete foundations, helical pier foundations, wood and steel framing, wood trusses, roofing assemblies for the new additions to the existing spaces, dry wall assemblies, ceilings, painting, wall coverings, flooring, and casework. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing additions and upgrades are also being carried out.
