BRENDER CREEK FARMWORKER HOUSING

CASHMERE, WA

Brender Creek Farm Worker Housing is a seasonal farm worker development. The project consisted of the new construction of six two-story housing units, a maintenance building, a meeting room in the central building, a playground, a games area and covered outdoor eating area. Porches, patios, shelters and tree-shaded picnic areas also add to the charm. Associated site work included landscaping, sidewalks, driveways and surface parking. The project was built to meet Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards and provides quality affordable housing in the Cashmere area.
