Gonzaga Residence Hall

Building on a relationship that started over 30 years ago and consists of over 100 different projects, Walker Construction has embarked on constructing a new 30,000 SF residence hall for Gonzaga University.  This wood framed structure will house 93 students and features several common space areas such as a community kitchen, large lounge/game room, a seminar room, and collaborative study spaces.  Working closely with the University and the design team, Walker Construction has helped establish early budgets, provided input for structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, and pre-ordered long lead items prior to design completion to avoid any potential scheduling delays.
