HAKC Apartments Renovations

These complex, occupied renovations of 110 units, occurred with tenants returning nightly (or “day-out”) across six different sites in both Ellensburg & Kittitas, WA. Selective renovations include flooring, cabinets, interior and exterior doors, lighting, A/C unit replacement, appliance replacement, bathroom accessories, tub surrounds. Misc. interior scopes included bathroom hardware, mirrors, and interior window blinds. Installation of new heat pump mini-split units occurred throughout, including drywall and paint patching. Exterior improvements included asphalt patching, seal coat and striping, concrete walkways, new metal stairways, landscaping, and site lighting upgrades.
