Holley-Mason Building

Spokane, WA

In August 1999, Walker Construction completed the Holley-Mason Building Revitalization project, transforming a historic six-story warehouse into a temporary home for Lewis & Clark High School. Challenges included a tight schedule with no room for extensions and the need to redesign the mechanical system in February. Despite these obstacles, the historic building opened on time for the 1,500 students and staff of Lewis & Clark High School. Walker Construction, Inc. was honored by School District #81 for construction quality on this project.
