This medical renovation included the conversion of 2,000 SF of offices into five dental exam chair spaces, two private dental exam rooms, one laboratory, and a remodel of the existing clean and dirty rooms with six sterilizers and washers. All new dental chairs, exam lights, head of chair cabinetry, flooring, accessory cabinets, and wall finishes were installed. A new dental vacuum pump system and compressed air system for the new chairs were also included in the improvements. Walker was also able to relocate the existing x-ray unit to a new room adjacent to the new unit.
