This large addition increased the existing 50,000 SF facility by 6,000 SF including a waiting/reception area, new nurse station, three new ADA restrooms, four exam rooms, three chiropractic exam rooms, four eye clinic exam rooms, a conference room, two offices, and a new mechanical room. Site work included additional parking, lighting, hardscape, and landscaping. An additional required fire hydrant line and storm drain system was installed. An added trash enclosure was completed to allow for additional parking in the lower lot. Remodeling of the existing main entry and waiting room consisted of the removal of a large glass fish tank, addition of a glassed-in office, a new reception desk, and new flooring and paint throughout. Removal of the existing pharmacy to expand the pharmacy waiting room was included in the scope, with two new glassed-in offices. A new pharmacy walkup window was added, as well as a drive through.
