The extensive occupied renovation of common spaces and 99 tenant units included selective unit flooring, cabinets/countertops, appliances, entry doors, bathroom accessories, plumbing and electrical fixtures. Exterior improvements included rebuilding and resurfacing all exterior balconies, entry stairways and catwalks, handrails, and exterior building painting.
