North Idaho College Dental Clinic

This higher education renovation included the removal and replacement of all existing walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets and finishes to convert 4,600 SF of existing office and classroom space into a new dental clinic. Additional improvements included a new electrical system, and roof HVAC units with all related ducting and registers. The new space included a laboratory, and a clean and dirty room with sterilizers and washers. There were seven new patient chairs added, and one private exam room. A new lobby/waiting room was built, along with a small classroom for additional education.
