Northeast Youth Center ECEAP Classroom

Spokane, WA

Interior remodel of approximately 6,000 SF of existing space to accommodate three new Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) classrooms with dedicated restrooms. Renovations also included demolition of the existing space, new interior steel stud framing and drywall, and revisions to the existing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing building systems. Slab stabilization was accomplished utilizing a foam injection system. Flooring, doors and hardware, and classroom accessories including cabinets, countertops and white boards were all installed.
