Varney Court

Varney Court is a new 38-unit community, designed to provide quality affordable housing to large agricultural families in the Tri-Cities area.  It features 24 two-bedroom units, 12 three-bedroom units, and 2 four-bedroom units.  This project is designed to meet Evergreen Sustainability Development Standards.
