Whitworth Duvall Hall

Part of a three-phase residence hall expansion, this project was designed to integrate seamlessly into the context of the historic campus, while its modern interior reflects the University’s vision of a progressive student life community. Critical to the success of this project, the construction and design team came together at the inception of the process to share the project’s vision and goals. Walker/NAC’s extensive past experience allowed Duvall Hall to move ahead quickly and smoothly. Duvall Hall houses 160 students in four-bedroom “pods”, which house eight students each. Each pod includes its own private living room and bathroom.
